About The Position
Counter-Form LLC is hiring FULL-TIME Summer Help to join our 1st shift manufacturing team. We’re seeking dependable, hard-working individuals who are eager to learn, stay productive, and contribute to a team-focused environment. Requirements
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic math skills (including fractions and decimals)
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to meet production expectations in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Follow established manufacturing procedures (may include sanding, assembly, and material handling)
- Complete work orders accurately and on time
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality issues
- Operate hand and power tools as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe work environment
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
