NIA Community Services Network is a nonprofit organization founded in 1981, dedicated to addressing issues that impact youth, families, and seniors. NIA serves thousands of clients annually through various programs including after-school activities, summer day camps, cultural arts, youth and family counseling, community assistance, referral services, and senior support. Their after-school programs offer students access to arts, sports, leadership, STEM, and academic opportunities, fostering positive youth development, skill-building, and learning through exploration. NIA programs aim to cultivate critical thinking, confident communication, and the development of individual talents, preparing students for the wider world through experiential education, service learning, and community building. The Group Leader role is for after-school programs and involves actively assisting in instruction for summer rising activities.
