About The Position

This position will support manufacturing through process control & improvement initiatives, assume responsibility for integrity for assigned products, establishes & maintains external & internal customer contacts, documents & prepares part specific work instructions & maintain knowledge of job cost & develop/implement appropriate plans to improve profitability. The internship will involve developing new, and refining existing investment casting products to reduce scrap, rework, and manufacturing costs. The intern will also support manufacturing in the production of castings through all operations and assist engineering/manufacturing in the completion of assigned projects.

Requirements

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalency is required.
• Currently enrolled in the pursuit of a degree toward a BS in Engineering / Management.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
• This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook.
• Casting or metal fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities
