Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Certifications: New Hire Orientation (before your first shift)
- CPR Pro, First Aid, and AED (within 30 days of hire)
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a love for working with kids.
- Ability to spend up to nine hours outdoors, leading activities and ensuring campers’ well-being.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for keeping things fun and safe.
- Consistent availability Monday–Friday.
- Applicants must be able to commit to this schedule and availability for the full season.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience or coursework in childcare or recreation is a plus.
