About The Position

As a Summer Day Camp Counselor , you’ll lead campers through fun, engaging activities while ensuring their safety, happiness, and growth. Think swimming, games, and making memories—yep, it’s as awesome as it sounds!
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to spend up to nine hours outdoors, leading activities and ensuring campers’ well-being.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for keeping things fun and safe.
- New Hire Orientation (before your first shift)
- CPR Pro, First Aid, and AED (within 30 days of hire)
- consistent availability Monday–Friday
- Applicants must be able to commit to this schedule and availability for the full season.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience or coursework in childcare or recreation is a plus.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a love for working with kids.
