The role requires consistent availability Monday–Friday. Shifts can be scheduled within the window of 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., but you will work no more than 8.5 hours per day, up to five days per week. Applicants must be able to commit to this schedule and availability for the full season.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a love for working with kids.
- Ability to spend up to nine hours outdoors, leading activities and ensuring campers’ well-being.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for keeping things fun and safe.
- Consistent availability Monday–Friday
- Applicants must be able to commit to this schedule and availability for the full season.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience or coursework in childcare or recreation is a plus.
