About The Position

This structured rotational internship provides culinary students with hands-on experience in a private country club environment. Interns have the opportunity to rotate through three distinct kitchen operations, gaining exposure to à la carte dining, banquet production, and high-volume fast-casual service. Rotations (30 Days Each): Main Kitchen À La Carte Dining Banquet & Events Kitchen Pool Cabana / Golf Course Kitchen

Responsibilities
