Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, is the leading luxury resort in Central Florida. We are looking for an individual who can provide support for Explorer Island, our recreational area, and facilitate our resort club member summer camp . Explorer Island features a Family Pool , Splash Zone , Lazy River , and The Drop . Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout . Our complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also located on the island. This role includes guest services at the pool area, assisting with tennis and pickleball programming, and facilitating summer camp activities . The position provides an opportunity to engage with guests, members, and residents while delivering exceptional service in a luxury resort setting. This is a seasonal role running from May 2026 – August 2026.

Requirements

Experience working outdoors in a resort or hospitality setting.
Availability to work at least three days per week
Prior related experience working with children
Comfortable working outside for 8-10 hours
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide exciting and excellent service for guests of all ages
Engage in activities with the children while maintaining a safe environment; activities may include water sports, kids' games, poolside movies and more
Provide guests with water, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the beach area during weeks outside of summer camp
Respond to all guest interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction.
Organize and conduct a variety of activities during scheduled programming for our Four Seasons Golf and Sports Summer Camp.
Support Golf and Tennis Pros during summer camp pickleball and golf activities.
Perform other duties as assigned related to racquet sports , recreation, and Kids for All Seasons operations.
