About The Position
Summer Associates function in temporary capacities to help support our offices during the summer months. This position will support our Loan Operations group. Availability for full-time hours is preferred (40 hours weekly) on a temporary basis (May/June to August 2026).
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Work as a team with co-workers to complete daily tasks, demonstrating respect and professionalism, being prompt, and supporting management with special requests as needed
- Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
- Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
- Work as part of a team
- Work with on-site equipment
