2028 Summer Associate
About The Position
Groom Law Group is seeking summer associates to join our Washington, D.C. office for a 10-week program. This program exposes students to our five main practice areas: Litigation, Health, Policy, Fiduciary, and Tax. Summer associates will work on assignments from all practice areas, participate fully in associate and firm life, and draw from the same pool of client work as full-time associates. The goal is to provide in-depth expertise on complex legal issues and help develop client solutions. Mentors will be assigned to guide summer associates and provide real-time feedback. The program also emphasizes networking and relationship-building through practice group meetings, formal training, lunches, and social events with Groom attorneys.

- Transcripts (undergraduate and law school)
- Brief writing sample
- First semester fall grades (to be provided as a supplement once available)

Benefits
- Weekly pay of $4,519/week
