About The Position

The Summer Associate will directly support the Business Function Leader while gaining executive-level exposure through a structured dotted-line relationship with the Chief and/or Vice President of Department. This opportunity is intentionally designed to build foundational business capabilities and develop future business leaders, with a strong emphasis on acquisition integration, program/project management, employee experience, and strategic analytics. This role offers meaningful hands-on experience, mentorship from senior leaders and visibility into enterprise-level strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Sophomore or Junior Pursuing a Bachelors degree or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated interest in strategy, employee experience, and organizational development
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions or requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee experience
  • Support reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation
  • Partner with Business Partners on day-to-day task
  • Contribute to culture-building initiatives and employee experience efforts
  • Project/Program Manager
  • Participate in monthly 1:1 mentorship sessions with the VP and department heads
  • Attend select leadership meetings and strategy discussions
  • Prepare executive summaries, briefing materials, and presentations
  • Receive coaching on professional communication, influence, and executive presence
  • Support project management initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, documentation and assisting in the successful execution of projects while gaining hands-on experience in project lifecycle management.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture detailed notes and action items
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables; escalate risks or delays as needed
  • Support cross-functional communication by liaising with stakeholders and team members
  • Analyze project data and prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Maintain organized project files, documentation, and version control
  • Support resource scheduling and task allocation
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency

  • Apply analytical skills in data collection, analysis, and visualization to generate insights that support informed business decision‑making.
  • Assist in gathering, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Support the creation of data models and basic statistical analyses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements
  • Document data processes, methodologies, and findings
  • Assist in automating reporting processes and improving data workflows
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Deliver a final presentation to the Business Leadership Team
  • Share the completed project
  • Present a personal reflection and professional development summary
