About The Position

Townhouse Partners is seeking motivated summer interns to join our fast-paced, collaborative environment. Interns will support the team across all aspects of the business, including research, reporting, and underwriting, while gaining meaningful, hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate industry, including work on engagements involving leading global banks, institutional investors, and sophisticated real estate sponsors, and exposure to the full lifecycle of complex commercial real estate transactions. The program offers rising college seniors the opportunity to work on live transactions alongside a dynamic team of professionals while receiving structured training in key areas of commercial real estate finance. Interns also benefit from guest speakers who are industry leaders and curated property tours that enhance the overall learning experience. This is a rigorous, fast-paced environment best suited for intellectually curious, highly accountable individuals who want to learn how real decisions are made in professional real estate finance. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a four year undergraduate program
• Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
• Prior course work in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and desire to learn
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and beginner to intermediate proficiency in Excel

Responsibilities

• Support the team across all aspects of the business, including research, reporting, and underwriting.
• Work on live transactions alongside a dynamic team of professionals.
• Receive structured training in key areas of commercial real estate finance.
• Collaborate closely with Townhouse Partners’ entire team.
• Gain exposure to multiple technology platforms and proprietary modeling systems.
