About The Position
As an Algebra 1 Summer School Teacher at Stratford School, you will have the opportunity to work with our talented and highly motivated students to continue building upon the knowledge foundation studied in the elementary and middle years and prepare them for the coming school year. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Frequently walk, stand, sit, squat, stoop, reach, kneel, rise from the floor, twist, listen, read, write, and speak the English language
- Often carry, lift, use repetitive or fine hand movements, and occasionally push, pull, or bend
- Regularly hear and use clear vision with or without correction
Nice To Haves
- Prior math classroom experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and implement curriculum
- Collaborate with other faculty and staff members
- Monitor and assess student progress
- Maintain an ordered and arranged classroom environment
