About The Position

The Summer Academy Coach will be responsible for developing curriculum and learning materials, facilitating engaging training sessions, and providing guidance to participants. The position also requires collaboration with subject matter experts, assessment of training effectiveness, and maintenance of training records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of training evaluation methods.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize training programs and workshops.
- Develop curriculum and learning materials for various courses.
- Facilitate training sessions and deliver engaging presentations.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide guidance and support to participants during training.
