Summer 2026 IT Intern – AI Agent Development TDW is seeking a driven intern to help design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents across various areas of the business. This role focuses on creating practical, business-oriented solutions that enhance efficiency, support decision-making, and improve the overall user experience. Throughout the internship, you will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and receive ongoing mentorship. This opportunity will be based in Tulsa, OK, for Summer 2026.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Data literacy — understanding how to work with structured/unstructured data inputs
- Prompt creation and engineering
- Communication skills for documenting use cases and presenting findings to stakeholders
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform) would be a plus
- Basic understanding of Power Automate or Logic Apps for workflow automation
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing high-value AI use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Design and develop agents using Copilot Studio and Power Platform tools
- Create, test, and refine prompts to ensure high-quality, reliable outputs
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems (Power BI, APIs, SharePoint, etc.)
- Create user guides/quick start materials
- Develop performance and adoption metrics
- Support pilot groups and gather feedback.
- Develop structured test cases and evaluate agent performance and accuracy
- Present on AI agent development at the end of the internship.
