About The Position

The Suites Runner position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the Premium Service Department, specifically in the Suites environment; and ensures that items needed in the suites are obtained and delivered in a timely manner before and during events.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting
• Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 30 lbs., occasionally 50 lbs.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time while navigating ramps, stairs and elevators.
• Ability to work all Stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up of events by delivering orders in a timely and courteous manner
• Deliver product as directed during events
• Completes opening and closing duties as assigned
• Have a strong knowledge of the building and pertinent event location.
• Must be knowledgeable of food, beverage and menu items.
• Adhere to all Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines
• Other duties as assigned
