About The Position

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with client partners, guests, and subcontractors to maximize revenue opportunities. The position requires developing location-specific food and wine knowledge to effectively sell and present premium services. The Suites Manager will lead the daily operations for all catering and suite functions, ensuring setups match the BEOs exactly. This includes coordinating with culinary and operation teams to oversee equipment maintenance, inventory, and staffing bids. Ensuring all areas meet "Show Quality" standards and comply with security, safety, and sanitation protocols is crucial. The role facilitates weekly BEO meetings to align all stakeholders on event expectations and logistics. The manager is responsible for achieving assigned budget, daily sales, and cost goals through effective labor management and revenue development. Client billing and final payments in accordance with Levy standards are managed by this role, as well as utilizing financial control systems to verify inventories and complete required month-end reporting. Additionally, the position involves interviewing, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team capable of delivering The Levy Difference, and fostering a cooperative work environment that maximizes productivity and morale, holding team members accountable to steps of service and Levy Company guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume food and beverage or hospitality environment.
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in CRM/POS systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a genuine passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Capable of walking for long periods, especially on event days.
  • Required availability includes weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred.
