About The Position

Levy restaurants at Mercedes-Benz Stadium is seeking a Suites Cook Supervisor to oversee the culinary operations within the luxury suites, ensuring the highest level of food quality, presentation, and service. This role involves managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff, ensuring that all dishes meet Levy Restaurants' standards and exceed guest expectations. The Suites Chef Supervisor will collaborate closely with the Suites Sus Chef to create and execute upscale menus.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of culinary experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
  • Previous supervisory experience within a culinary setting, preferably in a stadium, hotel, or event venue,
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent culinary skills with a passion for innovation and high-quality presentation.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Self-Starter mentality.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the culinary team within the suites, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes served in the suites, ensuring consistency, taste, and quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring that the kitchen is adequately stocked with fresh ingredients, and manage waste to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and in good working order, coordinating with maintenance when necessary.
  • Implement and uphold all health and safety regulations, including food handling, storage, and cleanliness.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery during events.
  • Gather feedback from guests to continuously improve the suite dining experience.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, monitoring food costs, and managing kitchen expenditures to ensure profitability.
  • Participating in menu planning and tastings, offering creative input and ensuring menus are feasible for execution.
