Position Summary: Primarily responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service and creating a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for guests. Unlike standard restaurant service, this role focuses on engaging with guests, ensuring timely delivery of drinks, and enhancing the event-day experience. Position Description: Build rapport with guests in assigned section, providing a personalized and engaging experience. Offer recommendations from beverage menu, including specialty cocktails, premium options, and non-alcoholic selections. Address guest needs and promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout the event. Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to venue and company specific standards for presentation and quality. Monitor guests’ consumption responsibly, complying with alcohol service laws and venue policies. Assist in pre-event setup by organizing stations, arranging supplies, and reviewing assigned section for readiness. Participate in post-event duties, including cleaning, inventory checks, and resetting for the next event. Work closely with bartenders to ensure smooth service delivery. Communicate any guest needs to supervisor. Ensure tables in assigned section are well maintained and ready for next group.
