About The Position

As a Mercedes-Benz Salesperson, you will play a key role in selling new and used vehicles at our dealership. Your primary goal is to provide outstanding customer satisfaction by guiding customers through the sales process, from their first visit to finalizing the sale. You will demonstrate vehicle features, manage sales paperwork, and ensure a seamless delivery and registration process. Staying informed about product knowledge and fostering strong customer relationships will be essential to your success.

Requirements

  • Proven automotive sales experience is required; car sales experience is essential.
  • Must possess a clean and valid drivers license.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet Customers: Welcome customers to the dealership and assess their vehicle needs to provide a personalized experience.
  • Find a Vehicle: Utilize inventory information to match customers with vehicles that meet their preferences and needs.
  • Demonstrate the Vehicle: Explain vehicle features, conduct test drives, and highlight benefits to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Complete the Sales Process: Guide customers through selection, personalization, financing, and paperwork. Recommend optional equipment and calculate sales prices, taxes, trade-in allowances, and financing terms.
  • Follow Up: Maintain relationships through follow-up communication and internet engagement to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Achieve or exceed dealership sales targets.
  • Research model and equipment availability, arrange vehicle delivery and registration, inspect and maintain the lot, and ensure proper merchandising.
