The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operations of a premium food and beverage department and will perform a variety of duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Stadium/Arena, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience.
- Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
- Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
- Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Manages premium food and beverage operations, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
- Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
- Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
- Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
- Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
