About The Position

More information is available at www.sphereentertainmentco.com. During events, the Suite Runner provides food & beverage service as well as overall hospitality to guests in Suites. This individual also assists with general set-up including pre-event, during and post event operations while exhibiting a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor to build relationships that will enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Experience working in a high-end restaurant, hotel, suite, or catering environment.
- Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health Food regulations; adheres to TEAM training guidelines.
- Knowledge of Nevada Board of Health food handling guidelines and possesses the proper food handling certifications.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks in a high-pressured environment; can follow instructions as well as standard rules, regulations, checklists, and procedures.
- Superior customer service, organization, and communication skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Delivers food and beverages to and from the suites and kitchen; receives assignments and follows delivery procedures accordingly.
- Assists suite attendants with any issues and notifies chefs and managers of any discrepancies.
- Delivery of dry, cold, and hot food items to appropriate suites and at the appropriate times.
- Breaks down assigned pantry while ensuring proper cleanliness and organization.
- Assists attendants with any closing procedures as needed.
