About The Position

Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our culinary team as a Suites Cook at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. As a Suites Cook you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for guests in the stadium’s exclusive club areas. This position requires a passion for food, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll work closely with a talented culinary team to prepare and execute innovative menus that exceed guest expectations. Key Responsibilities As a Suites Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality menu items according to standardized recipes and suite-level specifications, maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and execution. Your duties will include food preparation, execute prep work, and assist in the setup and breakdown of cooking stations to ensure readiness for each event. You’ll collaborate with fellow cooks and chefs to ensure efficient kitchen operations, adhering to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Ensuring the cleanliness of workstations and equipment. A solid background in restaurant experience is preferred, though corporate franchise experience is also acceptable. Knowledge of a variety of cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, steaming, is essential. You must be punctual, responsible, and able to troubleshoot kitchen challenges such as equipment issues or last minute changes. Clear communication with the culinary team to handle special requests, dietary accommodation, and menu modifications is critical. Finally, as a team player, you will contribute to fostering a positive and efficient work environment. By staying updated on food trends and sharing ideas for menu enhancements, you will help elevate the dining experience for guests in the exclusive club areas of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Your reliability, collaboration, and commitment to excellence will be vital to the success of our team.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during shifts.
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding kitchen environment.
