About The Position

Summary: As a Suite Attendant at Boise Athletic Club, you will deliver a high-level hospitality experience within our private suites. You will be responsible for providing attentive food and beverage service while ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable event experience. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality while upholding Levy’s standards for service, food safety, and responsible alcohol service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to multitask and provide attendtive service to multiple guests
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs
• Must obtain valid food handlers certification
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and events

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food and beverage is properly delivered and/or stored
• Pick up food from the kitchen and deliver it to guests in-seat
• Maintain the suite before, during, and after each event
• Knowledgeable on all menu offerings
• Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided
• Performs post event product inventory and restocks as needed
• Understands all event paperwork and reports
• Always exceeds guest expectations
• Adheres to location appearance guidelines
• Acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism
• Maintains prep and service areas
• Employs good safety and sanitation practices
• Understands the importance of maintaining equipment
