About The Position

Sugaring NYC is seeking an experienced Sugaring & Waxing Specialist for its Flowermound studio. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in hair removal services, including sugaring and waxing, with a strong preference for Brazilian experience. The role involves providing high-quality services, ensuring client comfort and respect, and building a loyal clientele. In addition to hair removal, the specialist will also perform Keratin Lash Lifts and brow services. Responsibilities include client consultations, maintaining strict sanitation standards, recommending retail products, and providing clear aftercare instructions. Requirements

At least 2 years of professional sugaring and/or waxing experience, with Brazilian experience strongly preferred.
A valid esthetician or cosmetology license, as required in Texas.
Strong knowledge of skin types, hair growth cycles, and contraindications.
A warm, professional, and discreet manner with clients.
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work and help on shift coverages.

Nice To Haves

Lash lift experience, with Keratin Lash Lift and brow lamination a strong plus.
Sugaring certification or a proven client following is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform full-body sugaring and waxing services, including Brazilian, bikini, legs, underarms, brows, and facial areas.
Perform Keratin Lash Lifts and brow services.
Complete client consultations, check skin condition, and recommend the right treatment.
Keep strict sanitation and safety standards in line with state regulations.
Give clear aftercare instructions and recommend retail products.
Build and keep a loyal client base through great service and rebooking.
