About The Position

KCI Technologies is seeking a field-based SUE Technician III to locate and designate underground utilities. The position involves creating field sketches, taking measurements, documenting daily activities, and researching records. The technician may be required to safely operate and maintain a vacuum excavation truck and related equipment. Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
At least 2 years of utility locating or designating experience using various pipe and cable locating devices.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to maintain required certifications.
Ability to understand basic traffic control and hazards associated with working in and around traffic.
Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE).
Experience with Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), surveying, CADD, or a vacuum excavation truck.

Responsibilities
