A SUE Project Coordinator provides project administration, scheduling, financial processing, and technical administrative assistance to Project Surveyors and Project Managers. This role involves monitoring projects to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations regarding cost, timeframes, and work performance. The coordinator will also manage supplies, schedule vehicle and equipment maintenance, and maintain an inventory of SUE equipment and vehicles. A key responsibility is directing multiple field crews with changing priorities, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and managing daily crew routes. Additionally, the role supports compiling internal documentation, inspecting deliverables for accuracy, and providing support for Permit Modifications Requests, 811 Tickets, Records Requests, MOT, and Start Work Notices. Assisting with new employee onboarding is also part of the role.
