The organization offers a comprehensive range of services, including mental health care, substance use treatment (residential and outpatient), and primary health services. They also support individuals transitioning from the criminal justice system. The WRA residential services operate within a social model treatment milieu, emphasizing the importance of the treatment community, the 12-step community, and other recovery support groups.
