About The Position

The Subway Sandwich Artist provides guests with fast, friendly, and clean service. The role includes preparing food safely, maintaining inventory and food quality, operating cash registers, and keeping the restaurant clean and presentable. Team members may also have opportunities to train for and gain experience in other roles within Pilot Company travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong guest service skills and maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Complete accurate sales transactions.
• Cleanly and safely manage and prepare food.
• Maintain Subway processes and policies.
• Use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Work as part of a team.
