About The Position

The Subway Sandwich Artist works with team members and supports Management to meet and exceed customer expectations and provide an exceptional customer experience. The role performs tasks related to customer service, food preparation, daily cleaning, food safety and sanitation, cash register duties, and other assigned store tasks. Training will be provided on the duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

• No previous experience is required.
• Preferred: high school diploma or GED, current enrollment in high school, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Schedule flexibility.
• A working mobile device for communication.
• Ability to lift, stand, and bend.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate the cash register according to PMG standards for cash handling, record keeping, and paperwork.
• Uphold food safety standards during food preparation and serving.
• Prepare food neatly according to formula and in a timely manner.
• Complete daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Check in vendors.
• Communicate daily issues and challenges to Management.
• Execute PMG policies and procedures for safety and operational excellence.
• Perform work with integrity, honesty, and respect.
• Support Management with other assigned tasks.
• Keep the restaurant and equipment clean.
• Restock food ingredients.
