About The Position
Subway wants to help you take that first step toward your future as a Subway Restaurant Store Manager. We are immediately hiring a motivated person who understands leading by example and will support our values. Subway at 2661 S. Oneida Street, Appleton is seeking someone with management experience to be part a welcoming and enjoyable culture for our Guests and Associates. Salary range is up to $48,000 including incentives and depending on experience.
Requirements
- Management experience
Nice To Haves
- Management or restaurant/fast food operations experience at places such as Taco Johns, McDonalds or Jimmy John's is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations
- Control inventory, cash drawers, daily reporting
- Guide, mentor, and motivate employees
- Provide world class Guest service
