About The Position

Our Subway locations at 904 S. Green Bay Ave. and 1526 Commercial Street in Neenah are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to help lead our restaurant team. This is a full-time position with a competitive starting wage of $14.00–$17.00 per hour, plus a full benefits package.

Requirements

• A motivated, dependable team player who enjoys working with people

Nice To Haves

• Previous management or leadership experience is appreciated
• Experience in a sandwich shop or restaurant environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop new Associates
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Assist with inventory management
• Prepare food, including baking bread and cookies
• Prepare sandwiches to Guest preferences
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide excellent Guest service and operate the cash register
