About The Position

At General Motors, our product teams are redefining mobility. Through a human-centered design process, we create vehicles and experiences that are designed not just to be seen, but to be felt. We’re turning today’s impossible into tomorrow’s standard —from breakthrough hardware and battery systems to intuitive design, intelligent software, and next-generation safety and entertainment features. Every day, our products move millions of people as we aim to make driving safer, smarter, and more connected, shaping the future of transportation on a global scale. The Role General Motors is seeking a Subsystem and Systems Integration Lead to drive vehicle-level integration across cross-functional engineering teams. This role connects product intent, system architecture, and program execution to deliver simpler, better integrated solutions that improve customer value, reduce complexity, and support program performance. This role is part of the Subsystem and Systems Integration team in Advanced Vehicle Development. The team focuses on shaping better system decisions early, supporting cross-functional problem solving through key program milestones, and piloting improved engineering methods, tools, and processes that can scale more broadly across engineering.
