About The Position

Teachers Now is seeking dependable, motivated substitute teachers to support local schools in San Antonio, Texas. Substitute teachers help keep classrooms running smoothly and students on track by following lesson plans and maintaining a positive classroom environment. No teaching certification is required, and paid training is provided. Assignments offer flexible scheduling, hands-on education experience, and opportunities for long-term and consistent work. Pay is $90–$110 per day, based on the assignment.

Requirements

• At least 60 college credit hours or an associate degree.
• Dependable and professional, and comfortable working with students.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Availability for weekday assignments, Monday through Friday.
• No teaching certification is required.
