About The Position

Sub Teacher Source is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team. Requirements

• Must have a current Missouri Substitute Certificate or Missouri Teaching License through the Department of Education (DESE).
• Must have 30+ college credits or Frontline Training
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must provide three (3) professional references.
• Must demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels.
• Passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity in students' education.
• Adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
• Follow school district policies and procedures.
