About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and flexible individuals to join our team as Substitute Teachers across the district. Substitute Teachers step in for regular teachers on short notice, providing continuity of education and maintaining a positive learning environment for students. The role requires adapting quickly and effectively so students can continue engaging with the curriculum and receive the support they need.

Requirements

• Minnesota teaching license or short-call substitute license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain discipline.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in various grade levels and subjects.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational technology.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable.
