About The Position

Requirements

At least 1 year working with kids in any setting (classroom, tutoring, coaching, etc.)
An Associate’s degree or 60+ credit hours
Confident managing a classroom of students
Willing to step in where needed - this could include lunch/recess supervision, hallway monitoring, tutoring, and proctoring during testing season
Willing to work at least 3 days/week
Pass state & federal background checks (costs reimbursed after 10 assignments)
Believe every child has a unique & powerful gift to share with the world

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but candidates will be considered based on relevant experience
