About The Position

Mission Montessori, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking a Substitute Childcare Teacher in San Francisco, California. The Substitute Teacher maintains continuity in educational programs when regular teachers are absent. The role calls for flexibility, patience, and a genuine interest in working with young children. Educators help create a positive learning environment and support children’s development and well-being. The position offers hourly pay of $26.00 to $28.00, depending on education and experience. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
12 Child Development Units, required by the State of California.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center.
Prior experience with toddler and preschool students.
