About The Position
Pottsgrove School District is seeking reliable, dedicated substitute teachers to support students and classroom teachers across all district buildings. Substitute teachers may work as building substitutes, assigned to the same school building every day, or as day-to-day substitutes with scheduling based on their availability. Positions are employed through the district’s substitute staffing partner, Kelly Education. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Required state background clearances, or willingness to obtain them.
- Passion for supporting students and school communities.
Responsibilities
- Support students and classroom teachers as a substitute teacher.
- For building substitute assignments, work every day in the same school building.
Benefits
- Building substitute daily rate: $175 per day.
- Day-to-day substitute daily rate: $145 per day.
- Day-to-day scheduling is flexible based on availability.
