The Alabama School for the Deaf (ASD) is seeking a Substitute Teacher to join their team. The Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind (AIDB) is a comprehensive educational, rehabilitation, and service program for individuals of all ages who are Deaf, Blind, DeafBlind, or have other disabilities, and their families. Founded in 1858, AIDB serves over 30,000 individuals annually across Alabama through its various programs, including five campuses in Talladega, regional centers, Early Intervention services, and Alabama Industries for the Blind (AIB). The three K-12 schools within AIDB—Alabama School for the Blind, Alabama School for the Deaf, and Helen Keller School of Alabama—provide specialized education to help students reach their full potential.
