About The Position

Cristo Rey Jesuit Milwaukee is actively seeking dedicated substitute educators to support its students and faculty throughout the school year. This is an ongoing posting, with applications continuously reviewed to meet both immediate and future staffing needs. Cristo Rey Jesuit High School is a private, Catholic, Jesuit institution serving 450 students, and is part of a national network of 41 high schools. Its core mission is to transform urban education by uniquely integrating college-preparatory academics, professional experience through a Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP), and spiritual formation. The school specifically focuses on serving students of limited financial means, aiming to provide an affordable Catholic secondary education that prepares graduates for success in college, work, and life. Requirements

Associate's degree with substitute licensure, or bachelor's degree
Ability to implement a lesson plan and maintain a responsive, college-prep learning environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Student-centered orientation
Facility with, or ability to learn how to use, classroom technology (laptop, projector, educational software)
