Part-Time Substitute Teacher (Preschool/Daycare) - $14-$17/hr
About The Position
We are seeking Part-Time Substitute Teachers to support preschools and daycare centers for children aged 0-5. This role offers flexible, part-time work with no requirement for a teaching license, lesson planning, or grading. The position is located in Oshkosh, WI, and surrounding areas including Omro, Winneconne, Neenah, and Fox Crossing in Winnebago County. This role is distinct as it exclusively involves working in early childhood settings, requires no administrative tasks like lesson planning or grading, and offers a flexible schedule where you can choose your working location, days, and hours. Paid training and onboarding are provided, and you will have the opportunity to work across multiple early childhood programs.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children ages 0-5
- Background in childcare, daycare, preschool, or early education
- CDA or ECE coursework
Responsibilities
- Fill in for teachers in preschools and daycare centers
- Support children ages 0-5 through play and early learning activities
- Follow classroom routines and lesson plans provided by the center
- Lead activities such as arts & crafts, music, meals, and outdoor play
- Partner with teachers and center staff to maintain a safe, engaging environment
Benefits
- $14-$17/hr (up to $136/day)
- $50 bonus after your first completed assignment
- $150 monthly bonus (120+ hours worked)
- $250 milestone bonus (500 hours worked)
