Requirements
- Completion of State-Approved Orientation
- Experience with young children
- Strong classroom management skills
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Must meet physical requirements; accommodations available
Nice To Haves
- CDA or working toward a degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
Responsibilities
- Support daily classroom routines (activities, meals, nap time, teacher breaks)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning space
- Collaborate with teaching teams and maintain confidentiality
