Preschool - 8th Grade Full-Time Substitute Teachers Needed
About The Position
Nysmith School is seeking enthusiastic and energetic Substitute Teachers for grades Preschool through 8th grade. Since 1984, Nysmith School has created a learning environment where students are excited to come to school, motivated to learn, and passionate about making a positive change in their community and the world. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associates Degree preferred
- Full days (7:45am to 3:30pm)
Nice To Haves
- Candidates that reside close to Herndon, VA as sometimes we need last minute help
Responsibilities
- Be able to inspire, lead, and positively impact the lives of students
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ensure the environment is conducive to the learning process by modeling appropriate conduct and managing student behavior in the classroom, during outside activities, and on school grounds.
