About The Position

For the 2026/2027 School Year, substitute teacher positions are temporary and on an as-needed basis. A college degree is preferred. The role involves creating and implementing lesson plans with or without teacher input, depending on school expectations. A love for students and learning is essential. Responsibilities include managing students effectively and safely, assigning, collecting, and grading assignments, and administering school academic requirements as instructed. The ability to attend parent-teacher conferences when necessary is also required. A Level II background screening and church affiliation are necessary.
