Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (required)
Strong Interpersonal skills
Experience teaching to a range of learners
Knowledge of Educational/classroom technology (Zoom, Google Classroom, Canvas etc) to assist students
Availability to work Monday – Friday 7:30am – 3:00pm
Demonstrates a willingness to be a team player, and to participate readily in any other duties, as assigned

Nice To Haves

At least one year (1) prior teaching experience preferred
Special Education experience highly sought after
Eagerness to contribute positively to the Franklin community
Willingness to engage with and learn from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences
Ability to bring joy, kindness, maturity, and flexibility to the school environment

Responsibilities

Substitute teaching for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Assist students with educational/classroom technology (Zoom, Google Classroom, Canvas etc).
Be a team player and participate readily in any other duties, as assigned.
