About The Position

Become a substitute teacher with Kokua in Memphis, TN, and help your local schools solve the teacher shortage. Kokua is accepting applications for the 2025-26 school year. Requirements

Associate's degree
1+ year(s) experience working with students
Confidence to manage a classroom of students
Ability to pass state & federal background check
Strong belief that every child has a unique & powerful gift to share with the world

Nice To Haves

Preference given to candidates able to take morning-of / on-call assignments
