About The Position
Triumph supports the education, well-being and self-sufficiency of young children and their families through high quality early childhood programs and community engagement. As a Substitute Teacher Assistant, you will work on an as needed basis assisting classroom staff in maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment for infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers in child care. Assist classroom staff with daily care and with carrying out curriculum and classroom goals.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and respond appropriately to the needs of young children.
- Must possess the attributes of warmth and acceptance of children and their families.
- Must maintain confidentiality about information known about children and families.
- Must maintain good attendance and punctuality.
- Be able to work a flexible work schedule.
Nice To Haves
- English speaking with Spanish, Portuguese or Haitian-Creole bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
