About The Position
Lindbergh High School is seeking a Substitute Teacher for a Long Term Leave Assignment in Science. This is a full-time position, working 7 hours per day, Monday through Friday, following the 2026-2027 Student Calendar. The anticipated start date is August 25, 2026, and the anticipated end date is December 1, 2026. The pay rate for long-term coverage is $170/day, which applies after 30 consecutive days worked, with retroactive pay for days 1-30. Benefits are not included, and the position is not exempt.
Requirements
- Missouri State Content Sub Certification Required
- Full-time availability, 7 hours per day, Monday-Friday.
Nice To Haves
- Biology 9-12 Certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Teach Science classes as assigned.
- Follow the daily schedule and student calendar.
- Provide instruction and manage the classroom environment.
