About The Position

Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is a K-8 district. The successful candidate must be able to accomplish the following responsibilities in a friendly efficient, and professional manner: The Custodian will: Follow a schedule in the performance of custodial duties required to maintain assigned rooms, equipment, building and adjacent areas in a clean, orderly and secure manner. To do special cleaning and building maintenance periodically. Perform routine building maintenance tasks during periods of student recess. To do related work as required.

Requirements

• Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.
• Possession of a valid California Driver's license and the ability to qualify for District vehicle insurance coverage.
• Provide 2 references (Preferably at least one from a supervisor - letters should be dated within the past year).
• DMV Printout - Current H-6 (dated within in the past 90 days)
• Resume
• Letter(s) of Recommendation
• Mandatory written test for this classification.

Nice To Haves

• Some previous custodial or janitorial work is desirable.
